We are your typical Ukrainian family that would probably eat perogies 5 nights a week if we could!!This next recipe was actually found by my Dad in the 'What's Cooking' magazine and was a BIG hit at there house...so I decided we better try for dinner one night at our house. And let me just tell you...It was DELICIOUS!!! And better yet, it was SUPER easy to make!! It puts a great spin on just your regular plain perogies! ENJOY!
