Easy Easter Treat!!

Looking for an easy peasy Easter treat to make for this weekend?!
Well your in luck!
On our recent 'Babymoon' trip to Vancouver (blog comings soon) I was inspired by the 'flavoured' rice crispy squares that they served in our hotel bakery! So when we came home I knew I wanted to incorporate my favourite Easter chocolate into a rice crispy square!
This is definitely not rocket science people...but they ARE delicious!!!

'Mini Egg' Rice Krispie Squares
What you need:
6 cups Vanilla Rice Krispies
40 large marshmallows
1/4 cup butter/margarine
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup chopped mini eggs
1/2 cup whole mini eggs

Melt the butter in a large bowl in the microwave for approx. 30 seconds.
Add the 40 marshmallows to the melted butter.
Stir to coat the marshmallows in the melted butter.
Microwave approx. 2 minutes, or until fully melted. Stir.
Gradually add the Rice Krispies and all mini eggs.
Stir quickly, as the mixture will harden.
Press into a greased pan.
Let set for at least 2 hours.
Cut and ENJOY!!
