Life on Summerwood Blvd: Sophia Jo {seven months}

I'm not sure how we have already arrived at SEVEN months...but here we are!? I would like to slow down time starting...yesterday!! This is such a fun age and I don't want it to ever end!! Sophia continues to grow like crazy and is maintaining the 98 percentile for height and weight. People can never believe that she is only 7 months as she is the size of a one year old ha! That's my girl!! This past month was an exciting one as we celebrated Damian's birthday and began getting ready for Christmas! Sophia is a party girl!! I can't believe how much she has grown and the things she is able to do now. Each and everyday is a new adventure with our little peanut girl!

Highlights from this month...

*You are sitting 100% on your own now and you love being able to see everything that is going on finally!

*You celebrated Daddy's 'golden' birthday! And you helped him unwrap his gifts.

*You are enjoying food a little bit more and we still haven't found anything you don;t like yet! You had perogies for the first time and you managed to polish off 2 whole perogies! A true Ukrainian!!

*You continue to LOVE swimming and will be starting your second round of lessons after Christmas! You can also touch the bottom of the baby pool when your in your floaty. Miss long legs!!

*You met Santa and you did great!!

*Grandma and Grandpa gave you your first sled and you have enjoyed going for walks with it.

*You have your very first Christmas tree in your bedroom and you try to grab the ornaments off of it every time we walk by!

*You went on your first ever road trip to Calgary for a week to join Daddy on a work trip!

*You had your 6 month immunizations and flu shot and ROCKED IT!

*Mommy gave you your very first pony tail! You looked adorable!!!!!!

*You are pretty close to busting out of your 9 month sleepers...12 month here we come!

*You experienced your first snow day! It snowed 40 cm in one day and we didn't leave the house!!

*Your screaming has subsided a bit...we are hoping it stays that way!!

*You LOVE to pull your socks off and suck on your feet!! You are one flexible baby!! Ha!

*You LOVE to talk to everyone!! We can't wait to hear what your first words will be.

*You are STILL teething....with ZERO teeth yet!!! Fingers crossed they come this month!!
